EAS Performs: ALADDIN

Join us for our open call audition on Sunday 1st September from 2.00pm-5.00pm to audition for our BRAND NEW 2024 family friendly traditional pantomime: ALADDIN.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:
Everyone should prepare a monologue to perform to the director. (THIS WILL BE SENT OUT VIA EMAIL ONCE YOU SIGN UP BELOW) as well as a pop/musical song (verse and chorus) if looking for a main principal role. Backing tracks should be brought on the day via phone/Ipad (or emailed 24 hours in advance to hello@edinburghactingschool.com).
Auditions are open to Age 16+ (16 at the time of audition date)

Callbacks will take place on Sunday 8th September.

Rehearsals will run on Sunday evenings from 5.30pm-8.30pm.
Rehearsal Dates:
September: 15th, 22nd & 29th
October: 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th
November: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
December: 1st
Extra rehearsals will be added once rehearsals commence (based on availability)

Tech/Dress Run: Sunday 8th Dec-Tuesday 10th Dec
Performance Dates: Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th, Friday 13th, Saturday 14th

Subs (fee): £100.00

EAS brings this family favourite ALADDIN to the local community. A traditional pantomime that is filled with fun and laughter, jokes for the kids (and the bigger kids) with a magical performance leading up to Christmas.

Join us as we create the most MAGICAL story in the heart of Marchmont.
