What's it all about?

Our ATCL Speech and Drama Course is designed to prepare students for the creative industry in all it’s forms, not just the Trinity College London examination that you work towards over the course.

What Do You Get and What Do We Cover?

  • You will work towards an exam which offers an ATCL Diploma (equivalent of a Scottish 1st year undergraduate)

  • You will work to a planned and detailed week by week plan that has been praised by industry professionals and Trinity College London examiners.

  • Over 80 hours of contact time with professional tutors, directors and industry professionals.

  • Theatre/workshop/rehearsal room visits planned with professional companies.

  • Headshot session included (3-4 professional industry headshots)

  • A maximum class of 10 students so full growth and potential can be reached.

  • Full support via email, in person and via zoom throughout the course and leading up to exams.

  • Fortnightly face to face classes running from January–June.

Times: 10.00am-5.00pm.

Fee: £1,750.00 (monthly payment option available)

You are expected to home study for around 4 hours per week.

In regard to the curriculum, the course structure that has been designed by the professional tutors at EAS and approved and praised by outside parties. We follow the main outcomes that is required for the exams and set out by Trinity College London. This qualification encourages candidates to be multi-skilled, reflective performers, preparing and performing a programme of work at a level that shows professional potential. They will achieve performance standards that are comparable with other qualifications available in the UK at Level 4 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework or the first year of degree-level study.
